I always took an interest in real estate, but after reading the book Rich Dad Poor Dad written by Robert Kiyosaki. It sparked a greater interest and i took action in the area of investing in real estate. One of the things i like about the book is its easy reading and easy to understand. The benefits are an education in finances and learning how money works in having it work for you instead of you working for it.
