Clean Zone: An Attractive Incentive for Property Investment?

Previous years have seen some efforts by the local state governments to declare some areas as 'safe' areas, well protected by the police force and claimed to be crime-free. If that is not yet helping to increase the prices of properties in prominent areas, another sort of campaign is being used to make things more attractive and interesting. The Petaling Jaya City Council's (MBPJ) Clean Zone programme is a reflection of mayor Datuk Mohamad Roslan Sakiman's commitment towards making neighbourhoods safe, attractive and vibrant.
